Settling down in North County San Diego, Karyn Imel, she took a worship intern position at Larry Osborn and Chris Brown's church, North Coast Church in Vista, CA where she raised-up high school students to lead worship and she also helped launch the church’s rock’n’roll video venue called “The Edge” as one of the worship leaders.

Currently, Karyn Imel is teaching high music classes and is the Musical Theater Director for Coastal Academy High School. She continues to songwrite, lead worship and pairing inspirational speaking with her music for various women’s retreats, conferences, schools, Bible studies, banquets and missions.
